Molly started her actuarial career in 2009 working primarily on the valuation of other postemployment benefits for a variety of public employers. Over the years she has expanded her skill set to include pension plan valuations and administration. She has worked with clients who have anywhere from one employee to thousands of employees. She enjoys consulting and learning her client’s specific needs so that she can deliver the best service and product for them. She takes every opportunity to educate her clients and make her work accessible, likely due to her early years as a mathematics teacher. When she isn’t working with numbers, she enjoys spending time with family and friends in the beautiful pacific northwest.
Andy started working in the retirement plans industry in 2008, focusing on public and private traditional defined benefit plans. Building on that foundation, he worked as a team manager and consultant on cash balance and deferred compensation combination plans. He is a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC), and he holds an MBA, a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. With gratitude for a proper work/life balance, Andy spends his free time with his husband of 20 years and his 15-year-old rescued terrier, Rudy.
